• Concerns have been raised about dropping numbers because of DDA and OA exclusions

• Not all OA is being excluded - needs clarity of what’s being excluded and why.

• @Daisy Nip following up to clarify decision making process for what is being excluded for DDA and OA.

• UCB is seeing some discrepancies that are being reviewed in e-holdings and print holdings.

• @Daisy Nip will run Review file to track changes over each fiscal year.

• @Daisy Nip will schedule second report to provide interface names
