Analytics Workshop Recap

Ex Libris has provided answers to our questions (Google Drive)

Recordings are available in the workshop folder on Google Drive. They will be send to registrants and can be shared, but only with UC library staff.

 

@Turnbow will download and post the workshop recordings to Google Drive.

@Turnbow will send a link to the recordings and responses to the workshop questions to registrants.

@Sylvia Page (Unlicensed) will download chat and transcripts

@Katie Ritchey (Unlicensed) will finalize the questions document

SILS Post Mortem

Reflect upon and complete the Postmortem document

 

@Katie Ritchey (Unlicensed) and @Turnbow will prepare Draft 2 for the team to review before finalizing it.

Assign and complete the hand-off tasks

Will be discussed at next week’s meeting

Future of IT

Recommendation:

  • Cancel future IT meetings

  • Complete our work asynchronously

  • Officially disband when our post mortem and hand-off are documents are completed (hopefully by October 1). Slack channel and email will remain available to support local training needs.

Meetings will be cancelled beginning in October.
