2	SILS LG updates	Question from LG: "NRLF continues to use the Caia system to report intercampus and ILL data because Caia is more accurate and complete than Alma Analytics" -- is SRLF doing the same thing, and if not, why would the statistics be more accurate for SRLF than NRLF?	20	All	Response from SRLF: the SRLF also uses CAIA for statistics. CAIA can give an excel report for everything that was accessed from the stacks, all in one report. That would be items for the UCLA campus or for the other UC's, and whether or not it was a loan or an article scan. It can give a list of all ILL transactions, all desk activity, and all special collections requests.
3	ACRL data	Campuses report back around how exclusions were handled last year, including for DDA. Review guidance report - questions? Open Access - Chan touched base with OA Resource Management Teasm Would OA books that we do own, such as digitized monographs from a UC digital collection, be excluded from the stats as well, or potentially OA books that have come out of UC support for OA initiatives like TOME? 506 in the bib record is supposed to be used to mark open access, but is not consistently applied. It seems there are currently 23 of those in the NZ. 42B.Digital/Electronic Media “Do not count image databases (Artstor, AP Photo Archive) in this category as these resources should be counted as databases.” Do we have any way of distinguishing these?	30	All	DDA exclusions: Alison: didn’t have a chance to check it yet. Probably not. will follow up Chan: no DDA activated in Alma Denusha: didn’t exclude it last year. This year, the numbers will be lower Ellen: hasn’t followed up yet for the last year’s practice. Probably not excluded John: no exclusions Michelle: didn’t exclude DDA. The DDA collection is very small also with only a few thousands titles. Daisy and Danielle are working with other CDL colleagues to explore ways to identify DDA collections. Also, do we want to exclude them if the collections are small? Maybe not this year, but we should have a methodology to figure out. Ebook Central DDA and JSTOR DDA are systemwide DDA. They might be able to be identified by collection name. UCOP summary report: Danielle will share the report soon. Berkeley has some edits, which will be reflected in a later version ACRL report: Daisy will create a simplified report with ACRL question template OA ebook collection exclusion: TOME should be included There are OA collections where some campuses supported (such as Knowledge Unlatched). Those should be included, but those books might be available via multiple links.
