1	Check-in / Items to add to agenda?				Basecamp training items updated? Looks like yes at this point. Should we have a specified calendar for who is entering exercises to confluence? Probably yes. Catherine to put this together in google drive. For Primo VE training, should send info about it to the entire cohort. Will use the same framework as the Alma training items. Make it clear that the training is for vanguard, non-vanguard will come later. Questions around CDI training: Catherine posted a question to basecamp for ex libris, no response yet. She will reach out to Caitlin. Questions / Concerns about the October workshop?		@Turnbow add a Primo VE column to the spreadsheet. @Catherine Busselen Put together a calendar in google drive for exercise entry.
2	Drafting up Primo VE vanguard training communication				IT will reword the Alma communication for Primo. Do during the meeting on 8/14. Send Monday following. Meanwhile, need to figure out a requirement list for the cohort for people who need to go through Primo VE training. Put together the Primo Cert requirement list: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16pCas8nFOkzhgnGw6A7m5LnKj8SNQR1iIz5XEYtNEgE/edit#gid=0 next step - Neil to send to the EUO on 8/10, once they sign off, will be ready to go to the chairs group - Dominique and Catherine to send alongside the Primo VE Vanguard training communication next Monday.
