1	Updates (please add in advance)		10 mins		Liz: Digital collections metadata export: will be emailing campus contacts to get a preliminary survey of how exports work now RMFG will be providing a 5 minute update at the project meeting on Monday, 4/5 Hermine: Local group is excited about the NZ access decision. So far interested in adding some normalization processes for testing imports and running authority jobs so we have an ACTL to work with. Process for that? PPC decision page: (Test Load + 3 months) Managing work in the Alma NZ instance
2	Decision page votes				Adding/managing OA resources We strongly encourage campuses to add 506 if at least one portfolio consists of an open access resource. Campuses can choose their own path forward on whether or not to add $7 to the 856. This decision addresses short-term needs. We will need to discuss long-term enhancements post-migration. Local 856 data The group discussed some general and local concerns about whether or not to keep 856 40/41 links in bib records post-migration, what to copy to 956s (everything!), and the difficulties of maintaining links in multiple places. We took a fist-of-five vote on if we should remove all 856 40/41s shortly after migration and it passed with 4s and 5s.			OA resources: Liz will draft a decision page and email to the group on 3/31. Feedback/objections to this decision must be submitted by 6 pm on 3/31. Local 856 data: Liz will draft the decision page and email to the group. 3	Prep for decisions next week				RLFs (feedback meeting 4/06) Public notes in RLF records (feedback meeting 4/06) This decision actually lives with PPC, but we will be providing feedback along with other concerned stakeholders.
