Spring Workshop Update

Scheduling for current Alma Campuses

  • April 19-23 - UCSB and UCD

  • April 26-30 - UCSC, UCR, and UCI

  • May 10-15 - Network Zone

  • Week of June 14 - Primo VE (Tentative) Workshop

    • Concern from Primo VE group that this may need to be earlier. Josephine will gather input and get back to us

    • LAUC is concidering first week in May for the LAUC assembly if we reschedule

  • Week of August 16 - Analytics Workshop (Tentative)

Individual workshop schedules:

  • Generic 5 day workshop

    • Need to not conflict with Monday 1-2pm and Thursday 10-12pm meetings

    • Recommended Changes

      • Monday Ordering Workshop - move from 1-2:30 to 2-3:30

      • Thursday:

        • Fufillment: 9-10am

        • User Management & Notices: 1-2pm

        • Patron Services: 2:30-4pm

  • Ex Libris' 3 day schedule
