Note that the link to the recording doc will only work for the cohort members - local team members will need to be sent the recording links directly.

Can we store the workshop recordings past the spring workshops so we can review them then?

@Brian David (Unlicensed) send the email!
@Neil Weingarten check if we can store the workshop recordings past the spring workshops.

Go-live document check-in

Early in the process, most people have started engagement with their local teams to varying success.

@Turnbow send email template for initial reach-out to the team.

Spring Workshop Discussion

From ExL:

  • Plan around 20 hours for each workshop.

  • Do not exceed 5 days for a workshop series.

Generally want to start no earlier than 9am, keep 12-1 free.

We have 10 workshop sessions we can distribute and arrange.

An offer on the table is to have one of the sessions be around network zones (for all campuses).

Basic idea from ex libris: each campus already on alma/primo can merge workshops, ones new to alma/primo get their own workshops.

Concern about 1 workshop for all 5 existing campuses, 2-3 seems more manageable.

Davis law will need to be considered for the workshops as well. They will have unique challenges with their setup.

Potential for a law-specific focus at some point in the workshops.

Work inventory will help inform what we want to see on the workshops.

What documentation exists out there? If there are topics that don’t exist in documentation form they might be good candidates for the workshops.

Full team approval for meeting with EXL and the IT team. Aim for November 6 meeting.
