Certification Tracking

 

 

 

Reminder that all campuses need at minimum 2 people certified in Alma and 2 in Primo VE.

Team is ok with listing two people per product for each campus by next week’s meeting.

Discuss potential work from local groups.

Workshop Survey

 

 

 

Proposal: survey the environment after the October workshop:

  • so we can assess the workshop in order to plan Spring Workshops.

  • so that the Coms team can write up something about our progress.

Important to identify the content of the survey and who needs the results

Also important to ask questions we can act on, not ones we can’t

Potential questions

  • Format: half day vs full day of training

  • Would it be helpful to mix tech and patron services more?

  • What did you like about the workshops?

  • What could be improved about the workshops?

  • Was the content of the workshop sessions what you expected?

  • Was the trainer effective at addressing your questions? Was the trainer well informed to answer your questions?

 

@Neil Weingarten bring the list of questions to Marci to check whether we would be able to take action on responses, report back to the IT group.
