Specifically we’ll be talking about: How do you communicate your group’s initiatives and milestones within the cohort vs. UC Libraries vs. a general audience? Members use SILS Confluence documents and recordings to link to local groups How you feel about the feedback you’re receiving, both within the cohort and from UC campuses through group representatives? Are you pleased with your group’s Confluence space as a communications tool? Confluence has been fine, but limited access to Basecamp is a bit challenging Would be helpful to have the calendar shared Basecamp allows schedule to be exported but dates might be changing Can management of the schedule be more centralized? Training sessions: first emails went out this week, how are things going with your local teams/reps?
